Welcome to the Hospital's Patient Records Management System

The Hospital's Patient Records Management System is a PHP-based project designed to provide hospitals with an automated system for efficiently storing and managing patient records. This web-based application enables hospital management to enter and maintain crucial patient information, including admission details, diagnosis, and treatment records. Patient data is securely stored in a MySQL database.

Utilizing an Admin Template and the Bootstrap Framework, this system offers an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface for enhanced user experience.

User Roles

The Patient Records Management System at the Simple Hospital includes two distinct user roles:

• Administrator: Administrators have comprehensive control over essential lists within the system, such as the list of rooms. They can access and manage all the features and functionalities offered by the system.
• Staff: Staff users have limited access and can manage only the list of doctors and patient records. Their access is restricted to specific functions within the system.
